m(_ _)m <--this is how I am every day
mood:
listening to: "Connected" by 浜崎あゆみ
I got another email from Rei-san today. Here goes it:
Dear Erin v(^^)v
Thanks for your e-mail!!
I' sorry my mistake. m(_ _)m
My favorite Disney character is Chip.
I like Minnie Mouse too. (^_<)
My favorite baseball team is CHUNICHI DORAGONS!!!!
I have learned piano since I was three years old. Last year, I made like Pirates of caribbean. The year before last, I made jazz.
Do you play piano??
Last year, I began to learn the drum.
It is very pleasant!!\(^o^)/
From REI
I think she meant Chunichi Dragons, not Doragons. But that's how one would pronounce it in Japanese. ^^; I looked 'em up. Here is their website. ^.^ I'll probably be seeing the DORAGONS in the Nagoya Dome sometime during my stay there. That should be fun! \(^o^)/
I love those little smilies that she (and Japanese people in general) make! They're so inventive and cute! I'm going to be using them a lot from now on. Mkay?
Now, I'm not really sure what she meant when she said, "last year I made like Pirates of the Caribbean." However, I have honed my Engrish-reading skillz to their utmost ability these days, so I think what she meant was that she played a piano piece that was from the movie Pirates of the Caribbean. I dunno. I haven't seen that movie in a while, so I know not from piano pieces. >.>
Well, I have to go to the mall again for the 3rd fracking time this week, so I must leave you now. But fear not. I will be back~!
THE COUNTDOWN:
2 days until I fly to L.A.!
3 days until Gateway Orientation!
4 days until I fly to Japan! v(^_<)v
For now.

location: Nagoya, Japan
blurb: I'm an American High School girl spending 6 weeks in Nagoya, Japan.
Yes, I know Tokyo Tower isn't in Nagoya, but since I've never been to Nagoya before
(stopping briefly at the train station doesn't count, OK??) I couldn't find any
good pictures that represent it well. Which brings me to my point: I'm a newbie to Nagoya.
(thus the name, nagoya n00b. am I not the cleverest person you've ever met?) Anyways, bear
with me people. This is going to be a long six weeks!
